Has anyone ever interchanged parts between these two companies?
I was thinking of putting my extra up armored Battlefront T26 turrets on zevezda T26 models.

I presume you are meaning Zvezda?

I have used a spare BF Pz. IIIN mantlet to convert a Zvezda Flammpanzer III into a Pz. IIIN. Not an overwhelming success as Zvezda tend to an understated 'smooth' detail, typical of plastic models, whereas BF (at least old BF) models tend to have much more pronounced and overscale details and the 'heavy' and slightly stylised look of the BF metal parts contrasts with the more 'scale model' look of Zvezda kits.
