Expanding my WW1 dreadnought collection with this crisp GHQ version of Jellicoe's flagship from the Battle of Jutland 1916.
I really enjoyed painting the model, and the level of details made it possible to apply washes and highlights, basically painting like when painting 28's.

Fantastic! Inspirational painting. How did you do those base labels?

jgibbons19 Nov 2014 6:11 p.m. PST

To heck with the labels – how do you do that painting :-)

Thank you all very much for the nice comments above, really appreciate it!

A few people have asked me to post a Step by Step guide of how I painted the ship and the ocean base. I'm incredibly humbled by this positive reception to my painting, and naturally I'll be doing such a post in about a weeks time.

Thanks everyone for your kind remarks!

Best regards from Stockholm
