Imagine this baby in 15mm. Wouldn't that be cool? But in what context would it fit best, SF or Fantasy?

Bit of a Miyazaki circa Nausicaa feel to it, so both! |
53Punisher | 19 Nov 2014 12:18 a.m. PST |
I agree, definitely both. |

As the majority to date. Both. x42 |

It looks a bit like a Planet of the apes building to me, if something like this was made it would go really well with the planned Planet of the apes adobes and court yard that The Scene was planning to produce a few years ago. |

That's a badass crib! It has somewhat of a Planet of the Apes (original) flavor to it with a bit of the Flintstones. |
Legion 4 | 19 Nov 2014 8:04 a.m. PST |
Yep … could work either way ! I like It !!!! Some model company needs to make it in 6mm or 15mm ! |
Condotta | 19 Nov 2014 8:50 a.m. PST |
Agree, both. Hope the builder factored the Pacific Ring of Fire effect into his design. |
javelin98 | 19 Nov 2014 10:23 a.m. PST |
Both! That kind of reminds me of the house at the Wisconsin Dells that's made entirely of expanding foam:

Wasn't the adobe house in an episode or 20 or Star Trek (any given series)? |
Mr Canuck | 19 Nov 2014 11:28 a.m. PST |
Another vote for Planet of the Apes, but I think it could work in either Sci-Fi or Fantasy. |

Looks like a Quar structure to me. Like a city hall or shopping mall type of structure. |

I would also use them for both but, going against the current I'd also use them in Modern West Africa. Maybe even build a city of them. Such as
and
or 19th century. |

I'm surprised someone made it in 1:1 |
chironex | 22 Nov 2014 8:44 a.m. PST |
It could go either way. If you can justify an alien or futuristic society building like that, do so. If you have a fantasy setting into which it fits better, do that. The difference is you. |
chironex | 22 Nov 2014 8:45 a.m. PST |
Of course, if it's a real place, you could just as well use it for moderns. |
