This is a great weekend getaway convention well run by a local gaming club. Hotel rooms are very reasonable,,,,,restaurants galor along the strip on Williamsburg,,,,,and an excellent choice of gaming opportunities. Should I also mention we're right in the middle of the historical belt – real naval, AWI, ACW and early American military history. Well recommended event!
I plan to be there as a vendor with my Thoroughbred Figures stock.

I'm skipping Cold Wars and hitting the Muster hard this time around. Just registered my game submission: Battlestar Galactica, with some new toys I got at Fall In. Looking forward to the con!

As the folks who come to the convention know, there is not only miniature gaming but boardgaming as well.

On Friday night we will hold our second annual Settlers of Catan Tournament at 7 pm.

Also at the same time there will be an Android Netrunner tournament run.

On Saturday night at 9 pm there will be a Lord of the Rings card game tournament.

Keep an eye on the PEL when it comes out at wbconventions.org

So if you are into boardgame or miniature games or both come out an enjoy the 7th Annual Williamsburg Muster.

Paul and Carl,

I can run my "PT boats in the Slot" several times (not just 10 AM) on Saturday if you would like.

Thanks

Joe

Just two more days to the con! Woohoo! Took Friday off to spend all day there, looking forward to a true gamers' con!

I just attended the WM. Wow what a great little con this was. I biggest difference I noticed that the slot cars were gone and a Warhammer tournament took up that space plus some more.
I have nothing against slot cars but after the first one they ran, attendance went down, every time I looked into the room there were usually ten or less.
The tournament had the room full looked like over 50 players! It brought a whole new feeling to the con.
What a way to go. I give kudos to the personnel that made that change.
Looking forward to the next one.
