I was wondering if there were any other options for Cthulhu Mythos figures in 15mm scale. I know Khurasan and Rebel make Deep Ones and cultists, and I'm aware of Robeast's Elder Things and Yithians (Are they still available?), but I was wondering if there were any that I missed? (BTW, I have NOOOOO sculpting skills of my own a all, so coming up with my own is not an option.) |

For lots of the gods and assorted demons lots of 25mm figures are useful. RAFM, for example: link |

Small monsters for larger scales can work very well as big beasties in 15mm :) |

Here's an example--the Foul Spirits, man-size demons that emerge from the mouths of the great Beasts to spread chaos around the world:
Just one of four different demons already made. These will be released along with the Cercopyths -- the rank and file warrior demons -- as soon as the latter are painted, followed by the Lurkers in Dark Places and the horrible Beast from the Earth itself, the False Prophet. All would be perfect for lovecraftian gaming. |

Jon, "Foul Spirits?" They look more like the door-to-door solicitors that ran around our neighborhood in Texas… Nasty and funny all at once IMHO. I salute your most splendid imagination! BTW, any ETA on the 15mm hobgoblins? I'm especially keen on the Entelodont-riding cavalry hobs… Leland R. Erickson Metal Express metal-express.net |

Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty. In some translations they are deemed "foul spirits" which I think is punchier! I reckon they need wings to go about their wicked mission. They have mouths to call upon the great world leaders, which were inspired by the Mouth of Sauron -- note the lack of eyes. These would fit right in with a Cthulhu setting, as would a lot of the strangeness in the book of revelation. I forgot to mention The Flayed -- tormented fallen humans who are skinned alive and sent into the furnace of war to flail wildly at the faithful in their death throes! No Such Agency painted those and they will be released with the first two demon sets. I have a third demon set almost ready, and then the False Prophet, the Beast of the Earth himself, will make his entrance, radiating dark glory…. |
