Okay I'm geeting into DnD Next. However I do not have a Player's …yet. I'm trying to find a computer to generate the above however with every search I only end up at Wizard;s of the Coast Iwith bunces of blurbs basically saying BUY OUR STUFF, BUY OUR STUFF! SHEESH Can someone PLEASE help me! Thanks and salut y'all! A frustrated and nearly fed up Bruce the Texas Grognard. |

Have you downloaded the free intro PDF from Wizards yet? It's about 100 pages and can generate characters from the four basic classes. It's still pen and paper, but I'm afraid any official on-line resource will not be free. |

How are your searching? If I use these Google keywords: d&d character generator 5e there appear to be at least 2 3rd party character generators. Plus various alternate (pen and paper) character sheet designs and a flowchart with "Buy the book" superimposed on the elements from the PHB. |

Just saw on The Syrin (look it up on YouTube) that the "official" electronic project DM tool for 5E was officially cancelled (but the software makers are brewing something "unofficial" that may or may not work with 5E and other systems). |
