Thanks very much for the link. Having been educated as a nuclear engineer, I found the information provided to be of great interest. I was aware of the use of uranium as a tamper, but did not know the details. As I have a copy of the book mentioned in the article as "John's book," I'm going to look at the photographs with greater interest to see what I can pick up in the margins.
