Looking through a book on US and British WWII armor I found this: A Canadian unit in Northern Europe took a Bren carrier and fitted it with 14 Piat launchers mounted on the rear. It was intended to used as an infantry support weapon like the missile tubes mounted on allied tanks. There was no discussion on how many were made or used or how effective it was. |
