What scale are these miniatures?

look to be 25/28mm

Actually closer to 30-35mm.
I've seen a comparison pic, and they scale well with Zombicide figures (though the Dragon Tides figures are on a a slightly higher base.)

Zombicide figures are 32mm to the eyes (on average.)
