The dossiers looked tremendous.

Agreed! How did you not have four players! Looking at your table I would have thought that there would be a wait list to play!

Thanks for the positive comments.

The dossiers were something I thought of last minute. I felt like I was putting them together really last second. The items like the telegrams and newspaper were available free online. There was also a death certificate in one.

I wanted to give the players a chance to piece things together, just like you would in the real world. It actually worked out well. The players all liked it. It also had a description of what they knew, their league background, and the summary play sheet that is available online.

I currently don't have the character sheets available as a template. It was something I whipped up on Microsoft Word.

Ivor – I almost thought I wouldn't have any players. The game was set to start at 11:00 am and by 10:50 I still hadn't seen anyone, I was starting to wonder if everything would be packed up without playing.

Around 10:55 the first player arrived and went to get some coffee. The others arrived shortly thereafter.

It actually speaks to a good point, if signed up for a convention game stop by early to let the GM know you are signed up for the game so they know at least someone is playing.

Well, I tell you what, if you do Historicon I will absolutely keep my eyes open for your game and certainly pre-register! Your game looked brilliant as well as your AAR!

I really like the dossiers. That was a great idea. The game looks great.

Popeye, Bluto, and Olive (who wasn't in the game) are from SLAP Miniatures (slapminis.com) in the UK.

This did look rather good. I may have to stop shopping and play a game for a change.
