I ran two games at What Khan but only took photos of one. Basically, a force of colonial troopers reinforced by a squad of armored infantry have to recon a farming outpost for survivors of an Arachnobot infestation.

Troopers being their advance toward down a valley toward the outpost:

Arachnobots reveal themselves and prepare a hot welcome:

Colonial Troopers on the right flank in the woods face a squad of buzzers, armed with "buzz guns":

The troopers take heavy casualties, but a timely event card brings a Tac Air strike taking out several buzzers:

With troopers heavily engaged and pinned down by buzzers, the armored infantry try to make a dash for the settlement, pursusd by more Arachnobots behind them:

But Buzzers in front and behind spells doom for the troopers. Guess the settlers will just have to fend for themselves…

The game was played using my SciFi rules "Another Glorious Day in the Corps" (working title).
