Watching THAT episode of Game of Thrones, I was struck by how homely the Frey women were. The books indeed described them as dire. So I wondered how their agents described the part. "They want you to stand in line and look really homely."
Ever notice how every actress looks like a model? Not here. I should point out that the Frey men were no prizes either. Black Walder Rivers and Lame Lothar Frey in particular looked slimy. |

Good actresses have the talent for making themselves homely as needed. It is amazing. |

Yup, all they have to do is mess up their hair and not do makeup and they look homely. Dorky glasses help too (not so useful for GOT) |
