That is your standard German M1942 helmet with a helmet cover with camo attached There are a variety of camo schemes that you can paint them in, depending to some extent on which unit (Heer versus SS) the soldier belongs to link |

Yes, it is just a standard helmet cover, although iirc the SS ones never had foliage loops. So Heer splinter (or white, if it is one of the reversible ones). I suppose as they are 'late war G43' types, than tan & water might also be appropriate. |

They also painted the helmets themselves in various camouflage schemes based on the usual late-war three-colour vehicle camouflage. |

Foliage loops were introduced to Waffen-SS helmet covers later in the war. They were in a different pattern/position; the helmet covers on the models are regular Wehrmacht/Heer. link link |
