Briefly, I am doing my Teaching Award.

I have given two presentations,

I am giving two more presentations.

(Some people on here question what value for a microteach lasting 5 minutes)
Apparently it was a test to see if we could do
Learning outcomes.
Teach.
Repeat.
Confirm learning had taken place.
about a topic in five minutes without going over.

I managed ok.

I also for one of my mentored pieces did a piece on the thirty years war (battles, people, casualties, outcome)

It was well received, and I got a good – grade 2 (so not outstanding, but better than an average 2 ).

Great War – to come.

then Marathon Next week.

Yes I used to be a trainer in the previous life.

Then with redundancy… umm not so good.

I'm not going to be a teacher (hopefully) I'm going to deliver lectures to groups that request an informative talk.
