anyone know of a company that makes game mats larger than 4 x 6?

like 5 x 8 or bigger?

i have two 4 x 6 mats that i like but i want to try the method of putting the hills / elevations UNDER the matt versus on top. I also want to do some larger battles that are bigger than 4 x 6.

doing my research i see there are several tutorials of people making their own, which i might try, but i'd be so much easier to buy the thing and focus the hobby time on painting miniatures.

any help is appreciated!

I have a 5' x 7' from Corsec, nice and made from a thin fleece material, should be perfect for your needs.

Maybe sew two together and have an 8 by 12. It can overhang the table some

sewing two 4x6 would give you 1 8x6 or 1 4x12

3 would give you 12x6 or 18x4

for 8x12 you'd neef 4.

I usually go with 12' x 6', and make my own.

Not aware of any commercially that large, or even close.

i don't know how i missed Corsec and Matowar.
Is there a US distributor for Matowar? I only see Antenocitis workshop (and biggest is 6 x 8. which is big enough).

i can't get on the corsec sight while at work, but I will check them out as well.

thanks again!

Terrain Mat might also be worth a look, although there seems to be a backlog at the moment:

I have half a dozen or so and am very pleased with them.

I bought a 5 foot by 10 foot table cloth that was nice. Something to look into at least.

Cigar box battle mats seem to be the new hotness, but no, the web store only goes up to 6 x 4.

I have been looking at table clothes / big green blanket / DIY options. just seems like a lot of work and my hobby time and space are at a premium. But the cualking on canvas shows some really cool results.

just would be easier to buy. I'm seriously tinking about the Matowar.

Spray-painting felt or baize is pretty quick…doing it by hand is really, really not.

I have seen a few from banner print shops---all star wars death star stuff---but it was huge 3 game tables long so probably 5 x 18---printed on canvas

Hotz Mats makes them! I think you can get them 6 x 8
hotzmats.com

Please stay away from hotzmats. Long delivery time. You could make it yourself 3 times over before you get a hotz order delivered.
