Neat little game that recently started on Kickstarter. I got sucked in by the great artwork.

The game uses meeples, but looks like it might fit soccer minis (anything true 25mm; I think Eureka has some soccer players that might fit.)

A little pricey at $69 USD, but that includes shipping. Check it out: link

Quantum Castings also has some figures that are closer to 28mm while Eureka are definately true 25mm. (So Eureka are much smaller).

Not Subbuteo though, is it……..?

The description of the game board is interesting. Apparently in consists of "a lattice of 21 x 15 hexagonal squares".

Mustn't forget the terrace chants while playing.

Caesar do some very nice 20mm soft plastic soccer players in their 'sportsmen' range.

Add some decals from the mysubbuteo.com store, and they come up very nice. I know – I've got some, and I'm thinking of using them for the exact same purpose as Carmen.

SJ – made me scratch my head too, but then realised the chaps who make Soccer City are Spanish, so I think we can forgive the curious description. :)
