I am planning to use Eurekas new cold war russians in a scenario against NATO/US troops. But it is hard to find suitable 28mm NATO troops.. I am thinking of using Grippinb beasts Mo-Fo Falkland british as one unit.. But I don't have a clue about any company that makes 28mm late 80's US troops. Anyone out there that may suggest any range of US miniatures that are suitable?

Mongrel's Grenada range if it's still around, try Newline Design

Likui00629 Oct 2014 5:51 a.m. PST

I think that range is lost.. Newline have nothing left on their homepage sadly..except one pack or two..

Yeah Newline is unfortunately dead right now. I tried to contact them with no success. What about Eureka Cold War Americans in the MOPP suits?

Likui00629 Oct 2014 6:22 a.m. PST

I just want them to be in ordinary battle gear. The MOPP-gear should be misplaced.. But thanks anyway.

MoFo do the early 90s Mogadishu US troops in K-pots. Some body armour conversion and a woodland camo paint scheme may be enough for them to look like late 80s troops.

If you want them to have M1 helmets, you could take them from Vietnam-era troops and put them on the MoFo guys?

Good idea Rick Dangerous !
