Greece finally scraps the last of its A-7s.
Rough looking but still serviceable! I always had a soft spot for the A-7. It was an unglamorous workhorse that served effectively not only for the USN and USAF, but for our Greek, Thai, and Portuguese allies as well.

Sorry to see them go. Man, that painter did a superb weathering job on that jet. One of the best I have seen, with regard to realistic panel line detailing. ;-) |

I wonder if he used the hairspray chipping effect…
The panel line is probably a mixed wash of pirate black and dark gnome brown. |
