Hi War Monkey, I have used micromachine storm trooper heads and GZG NI bodies to make storm troopers, and Agis has done the same thing with CMG bodies to make clone troopers, they are really nice, could be a possibility.

Theres also Blue Moons Idirion legion, remove the comb on the helmet and they would be close to a clone trooper.

Theres also Blue Moons Idirion legion, remove the comb on the helmet and they would be close to a clone trooper.

But if you were to keep their helmet comb they could make pretty good looking Senate guards if you were able to add a cloak. Personally i think that Blue moons newish 15ALN-122 Galactica Mercenaries would make great looking Stormtroopers by just adding a nose ridge to their helmets or with the appropriate head swaps Clone troopers.

Micropanzer has some troops that may fit in his Valkyur range.

Thanks, lots of good ideas, :D

was thinking of making molds of the Stormtrooper helmets from the Micro Machines set, and make a mold from the Boba Fett helmet as well, figured making molds would be better then destroying my MM sets :o

You didn't say what scale you were looking for, but if yu want 28mm, look at these –

Very definitely made to resemble them. I've built two boxes of them, they are great figures.

I love the 28mm Eisenkern Stormtroopers ,I even got a box of female ones.

Those sets from Blue Moon look like that they could be very good stand-ins.

Like I had mentioned I have a few of the Boba Fett figure from Micro Machines figure I could bury them to their neck in clay then make a mold, like any would make a standard mold, then cast them in resin. It's something of a project that I'll just have to wait till next year to tackle.
