So a lot of cool stuff has come out. There is a servicable 15mm bailed out tank crew that will work for VSF and they come with several different sets of headgear!

So what is still missing from 15mm VSF that some enterprising manufacturer can produce and ensure my daughter goes to a local junior college rather than a real university and that I will continue to show up at conventions in my 2006 fully paid off but somewhat dented Ford Ranger?

A field hospital, nurses, doctors, orderlies, patients, stretcher bearers medical supplies, cots and beds and an operating table of some kind

Female combat soldiers in Slade Wallace or other period field gear from other nations and either skirts or bicycle pants (Annie Oakley's female sharpshooter unit would be awesome)

Military and civilian monowheels

VSF paratroopers

A slaver caravan, both white slavers and blackbirders

Field scientists and field laboratory equipment, surveyors and equipment

period journalists and photographers and a mobile darkroom

Live capture animal hunters (what zoo wouldn't want a live dinosaur or Venusian Swamp tiger on display?)

More lost world cave people

More indigenous peoples in general

railway and ship crews

Laborours

Refugees-The scene in war of the Worlds where Wells' describes the route of humanity is too good not to put on a game table!

Plantation workers-perhaps from The Naked Jungle

Victorian Criminals and street gangs for riots and such

Am I missing anything?

Check Blue Moon 19th century lines. Their ACW range has both 2 and 4 wheeled ambulances complete with doctors operating, stretcher bears and nurses. Their Deep Dark Africa line has set with a Photographer and Missionaries as well as other civilian adventurers. There are also many indigenous peoples. Horror has a little Frankenstein's lab. Also Rebel Mini's Pulp Range may help.

I'd totally buy a big set of those!

Malakand Field Force got hammered by illness, in addition to wounded.

What are you envisioning for the field science lab? I had started on some Frankenstein-ish mad scientist lab equipment a year or so ago; I might be able to adapt it to fit what you're thinking of. Pics would be most helpful!

Field science lab
Traps and small cages, the tiny greenhouses used to transport live plants, aquariums
test tubes, beakers, burners and such
some tables for specimens
Portable library
microscopes
Maybe a butterfly net!
rock hammers and other geological tools

So, not quite what you're looking for, but I can probably come up with more. The hard part is making sure it can all print.

Some of that would be cool, but a field version would have to be small/transportable, and obviously made for storing. A box with a lid that swings back works well for a relatively small table, and straps indicating it attached to a pack animal.

About right, Terry?

I'm just starting in 15mm Aeronef/S1889 style flyers, but I'm sure I'll be having a whole list on that. A smaller version of the Smuts Aerial Torpedo Discharge would probably be included…

We need small and ornate controls (with stands) for this kind of stuff:

Or even variations of this:
