With the release of the new models from Warlord Games it made me wonder is any of my learned TMP's friends new of any port/land actions that the Kriegsmarines fought in the North African theatre during WW2…

What they made me wonder is why anyone would buy them.
Not a lot of kriegsmarine action short of the desperate days of 1945 where anyone with a pokey stick got to fight.

thanks – that was what I was thinking….

They did fight in Norway and there was a unit in Abyssinia with the Italians…..although they might have been merchant marine?

I believe the Marine Stosstrupp fought in Poland and Norway, but no panzerfausts obviously.
Apparently the Naval Divisions fought quite well on several fronts late in the war.
I'd recommend "No Triumphant Procession" for some more info.
