Paul has got his way we have just commissioned one of these as a CAD image for the home printer:-

soon 1:144 players will be in for a treat. We have the BMP2 as its infantry support. Is there any interest or is it just for us? What sort of elevation should the gun on the model be set at?

I think level is best as anything elevated to the degree in the photo would be broken off pretty quickly IMHO.

Why not make the gun tube a separate piece, so the buyer can make the decision?

And I'd love to see one of those in 1/100 scale.

Lion in the Stars,
It can be done but when it comes down to it most folk don't want to pay the price. These are low voume selling items and the master cannot be simply re-scaled to 1:100 due to artistic compromises. It would cost about £25.00 GBP to scale up the master and 15mm models are currently expensive to print at our only commerciasl printer as a shop (Shapeways). at this scale its not possible using 3D printeing to do a separate bit other than a new turret which would be expensive.

If you feel afluent thre ar lots of models that could now be done to 1:100, LUCHs, BMP2 etc.

Perhaps you should consider 1:144 the Ulimate Scale! (DUCKS AND RUNS FOR COVER)) ;-).
