Because I want to be surprised at how really dumb the figures are that Armand can dig up. He has a real talent for finding the stupidest figures imaginable. "The Executioness" TMP link is his best find so far, but I am sure he can top that with the latest "Toughest Girls in the Galaxy". |

Oh well, if it is just out of curiousity than I guess it is alright. But if it is becomming a compulsive pathological form of "self annoyment", you might consider giving this habit up. Probably better for your health.😃 |

It is a biological imperative, and no doubt an addiction as well. |
Zargon | 20 Oct 2014 6:28 p.m. PST |
Because you like me still can't believe that the boards name was sanitized by the prude boobs here on TMP. NEED MORE BOOBIES. Stat.:) |
Your Kidding | 20 Oct 2014 6:38 p.m. PST |
Because it's fun. Even if it causes an eye roll. |
Allen57 | 20 Oct 2014 6:59 p.m. PST |
Agree John, That is the dumbest figure I recall. Re: the board name. The figure under view definitely does not need more boobies. |

I have seen some pretty silly historical figures, Old Glory, Hey Joe pose for starters. This board is better than the Fox News/CNN Ultra-Modern board. |

I keep clicking because I hope Armand will find something as good as the Vampirella he came up with last year TMP link |
OSchmidt | 21 Oct 2014 4:14 a.m. PST |
Dear Texas Jack Yes for me it's Bad Sophia and Diving Bell, but the Vampirella is nice too. |
OSchmidt | 21 Oct 2014 5:05 a.m. PST |
Dear John dunno but I keep clicking here as it's one of the more interesting boards. In many ways its a good barometer. You can hide a multitude of sins with wild armor, crazy weapons and all sorts of stuff in normal figures, but when you have a female model buff-necked then any fault screams out at you. |

I stop by the Board for the same reason I slow down when passing an accident. Curiosity mixed with dread. Every now and again there is a pretty good or even useful figure. Most of the of the time it is an opportunity for some light snarking. |
TwinMirror | 21 Oct 2014 11:57 a.m. PST |
Yep. Every now and then an actually useful or genuinely aesthetic/attractive figure appears on this board; generally, however, I visit here just like the OFM, out of amazed curiosity to see what absurdly proportioned weapons the absurdly proportioned women are carrying in their reed-thin arms: seemingly counterbalanced only by their absurdly large mammaries and semi-random placement of minute armour fragments. But then again, all these over the top cheesecake figures seem more to be statuettes, and most of them tower over the actual miniatures that we play our games with: the average size of such figures on this board seems to be 54mm. So I think they're really aimed at a different kind of 'collector' and have as little to do with miniatures gaming as those painted candles of wizards or skulls have to do with roleplaying games or wargames. |

Maybe because you find this board titillating? :-) |
Tango01 | 21 Oct 2014 10:10 p.m. PST |
My dear TwinMirror, beleived it or not, but one fellow member take the job to count the sizes of the figures posted here and arrives at the amount of only 36% of the figures are 54mm or more.(?) Have fait that this can be bigger than The Executioness! (smile) TMP link Amicalement Armand |

I don't click on those links expecting to find something sexy or pleasant to gaze upon. I do click on them to see how far sculptors and manufacturers will take the ridiculous trends in sculpting females. |
Swampking | 31 Oct 2014 8:10 a.m. PST |
optional field, I agree. I love to see all the wacky kinds of figures available and I also like to see the magnificent paint jobs that some guys and gals, [don't want the PC Police/Harpies on TMP to call me 'misogynistic'] can produce. I don't have their talent/vision but even the ugliest figure in the world [such as the Executioness] can be a work of art under their talented brush. Oh no, I might have upset the PC crowd on TMP by saying I like one figure over another! Allow me to rephrase – ah 'em – Even the most physically-abled, while awkward in facial features to me 'little representation of a fantasy figure that might exist in an alternate universe but not in the present one we now inhabit' – which isn't to say that I am prejudiced in any way, shape or form to any alternative universe that one might mention, can be a work of art under the skilled digits holding a pigment-filled piece of metal, wood and hair [synthetic or animal-based produced in a humane way] who apply their talent [which is in all of us – we just have to connect with it] – uh, what was I trying to say? For the record, I love this board but hate the name. Fire away, Tango01 – your cult awaits your wisdomly finds from the wacky world of minis! |
John the Greater | 31 Oct 2014 1:46 p.m. PST |
I have no clue what you were trying to say, Swampking, but I'm sure I am offended. Expect to hear from my solicitor in the morning. Oh, and Tango – keep on keeping on. |
