I am looking for rules that will handle skirmish games using 20,000 leagues under the sea type divers versus deep ones, creature from the black lagoon, people of sunken Atlantis, etc. Suggestions appreciated. Please explain the rules you suggest. Games that could also handle a force of 20-30 figures per side would be nice though most games probably wont have more than 12. |

I've got nothing in particular but maybe you could find some zero-G rules. Seems to me that divers and astronauts would have the same challenges in combat in their respective environments. |

Goblintooth had a diving game and figures if I remember correctly, but they are long out of business… |

There is a set of guidelines for implementing deep sea combat using your system of choice at the bottom of this article we did a while back on undersea figure conversions. We use this set of guides for QILS, but you could do it with pretty much any set of rules. Have at it! |

Deep Wars is fun. It is built on a Song of Blade and Heroes, but has a lot more to it. Handles up to 8 figures well, after that I'm unsure. |

There are several 'submersible' type games on Freewargamesrules.wiki…..they used to have a set for divers but I can't find them now! |

I used the predecessor to GASLIGHT, called Blood and Swash/Thunder and Plunder, for gaming with 54mm plastic frogmen from the grocery store. I started making a whole diver rulebook mod for Adventures in the Lost Lands (by Two Hour Wargames) but stalled without gamers to try things out on. |

I think we used GASLIGHT and it worked pretty well…. RebelMike Rebelminis.com |

We used "Terror in the Depths" a beta test set of rules I wrote. If you send your your email address to john@tin-soldier.com I'll email a free copy for your comments.
We used Reviresco Deep Ones, Gillmen, Deep Sea Divers, and Nemo Divers for the figurines. Most of the submarines were also from REVIRESCO tin-soldier.com
