Jim, I skimmed my bridge with a thin paste to reduce the effects ofthe joins, then heavily PVA'd and covered with a tarmac style scatter – just to give me a dark texture and then painted it up by heavily dry-brushing. It works to substantially soften the joins. It is a nice bridge with very useful dimensions, compact but wide enough for bases and only a couple of quid from memory. |

I gave the joins a gentle filing and then a rub with sandpaper before filling the join with household plaster filler. It looks much smoother now and once I add some scenic material and a dash of paint it'll be braw. |
