Those look great! I went with an off white and white for the "feather" armor. The copper/gold color that you used does look quite nice though! A favorite set of mine. Really fun to paint. |

Thanks. Itīs a pity that caeser didnīt do more poses, especially the swordsmen, or a second set. |

Amazing work – I really like the darker shade of blue – not a colour you see often with elves, but it works very well |

Thanks. Itīs a pity that caeser didnīt do more poses, especially the swordsmen, or a second set. I agree. Also, why do I need 4 She-Rangers, 4 Heroes, and 4 She-Clerics. 1 of each would have been fine. Maybe only 2 standard bearers. Regardless, 2 boxes would get you 3 regiments of troops. 2 Archer and 1 melee. Around 20-24. And you would have enough figures left over to make a large adventuring party. |

Superb work, as always Paul. Great blending on the colours and the bowstrings are outstanding. I agree that the set really should include more poses, but it's still the best (almost the only) set of 1/72 elves around! The figures are, like almost all Caesar sets, beautifully sculpted, but my main gripe is that almost all the figures in this set are wearing cloaks. This makes it much more difficult to convert them- usually I just cut a plastic 20mm figure in half at the waist, pin it and fix it to another figure for instant variety. No chance here! Anyway, again, great work Paul. |
