These are some rather "old school" style 25mm Minifigs,. I plan to give them a bit of an upgrade with some "magic wash" tonight…
The local color is some pictures of the classic New England town where I work from last weekend
Many more pictures on my blog at: link The 4" gridded board is for my long ago Ancient rules, inspired by FGU's "Legio!" rules, which I've christened "Legio Quaternarius" link I'll be running a couple of games with these rules at Ellis Con in Danielson, CT – November 15th, 2014, 9AM – 9PM Link to their FB event page: link Peter |

Very nice to see older figures. Re traces for chariots, not something I do these days but when I did I used fly tying tinsels – wide range of both sizes and colours, perfect for the job.

Good idea re: the traces – I did them for my Assyrians and I do think it adds something. Flat, wide dental floss was also suggested – I'll have to look for some! |

Nice to see these. It looks like they have a lot of campaigns under their belt. Some attention to the bases after all these years would also add to the figures. |

Cyrus, Good point; the base edges especially could use some touch up, couldn't they? Peter |

Those bring back good memories… I usually use metal tubes cut up for traces.. but I like the tying tinsels idea especially because Im trying to finish some 28mm Indian chariots for the SOA Hydaspes gamesday. |

Morning Peter, Ancient Indians today. Best I can provide is photos of an ancient Indian grudge match for Ancient Indian army bragging rights out in Los Angeles… two collection armies meeting on the tabletop. AAR posted to Wargamerabbit site: link M aka WR |
