This is really weird! Unfortunally in french, I would tried to translate part of the text … "In the pages of this Russian book which described Russian uniforms, I was searching for Cossack so I see there some info from General Seslavin who reflects some parts, and suddenly I read: "Drawings- Regular different silos? (3rd word not included)- Minister of Artillery- Inspector burning (?)- of Count Arakcheev 1807"
"So, I thing that the space race has begun well before what is believed and Chernobyl was commissioned in 1807 !! In your opinion what is it? I opted for a combination of "cold""… Sorry, I translate it in a rush only to have an idea… But, this is really weird! Main page link Amicalement Armand |

You beat me to it Armand. I immediately thought Chernobyl and those poor devils who died, to a man, within weeks, but saved many thousands. Not sure I would have done it. |
