link Just a reminder: the Guidebook app for HMGS Fall-IN! is published and ready for download. Right now we're missing maps, vendor lists, and tournaments, but everything else is there. Click HERE: link to get information on how to get the app. See you at FALL IN. V/R Walt O'Hara |

I thought you guys did a GREAT job with the new website for Fall-In. Really like it. |

Note: I just included maps on my lunch break. That's done. Dan sent me the tournaments information (which is the most tedious to enter because of their archaic format). I should have that done tonight. Dan says there were only 8 more events added to the schedule after the PEL.. I can hand jam them in when I get them. Walt |

Very cool Walt. I used it last year, I found it to be a great help. I have no doubt it will be better this year |

Walt, Is there a way to include the Toys for Tots times for he raffle and auction? (if this is already done, I just can't find it so ignore me.) Thanks Moe |

Thanks Walt. I rarely refer to the guidebook anymore |

Bump…. Indeed….. As convention director for Fall-In! I will plug my 2 quid… the Ap is great, very handy…. As for the T-4-T info…. next year I will be sure to include it in the ap too, not just the advert in the published material and web site. I believe all is updated except those last few events…. Also… show is coming together nicely. Hoep to see you all there soon! |

Dan: I did add T4T events, based on what is published on the website. All is well. V/R Walt |

Help! I finally downloaded the app. It looks great. I checked the PEL for table assignments and I cannot find them. I found the room maps. Am I jumping the gun? Have the assignments been posted? Where do I look? Thanks. |

I had never used the guidebook before. I apologize for missing it but, I found the table assignments by clicking on the event title. Duh. I feel rather embarrassed but when I was a kid we used an abacus and I still did that wrong too. Mike |

Table assignments are not on the Guidebook ap. They will be in the Program on site. I thought I sent you this info, but just in case it was missed: Your events as they appear in the program… (shortened to view here). All of your games are on the same table D-24 wall as requested. By the way…. tees and programs look great. The art work is very nice too, but I worry that it won't be to some folk's liking for the style I chose. Image can be seen on the Fall-In! website. |

Table assignments are not on the Guidebook ap. They will be in the Program on site. Hold the phone, there Red Ryder! The D-24 in that string is, in fact, the table assignment. Distlefink, table 24. It is the same information you sent me. See why I need the information to be concatenated to run an update? When we concatenated the information from the YM Site used for registration, we added the Table Number as part of the Title and description. It think this is an essential step-- pointing people to a room map is fine, but useless when you have bigger rooms like the 'Fink. Walt |

Thanks Walt, you are the Man. (Based on what I've read) :P |
