Hello all. I just received my copy of the rules "To Defy a King". The game system looks great. I will certainly try them out.. My question is about the background prints in the pictures. Does anyone know if they are produced and if they are for sale, and if so, by whom? Thank you, Dennis( Reseda, California)

I do not think it is a print of a picture, I think I have see it as a book cover.

I assume you mean: in the pictures, the authors have pastoral background behind the figures. Makes the scenes look more real with a horizon.

Generic ones can be bought from model railroad stores – they are designed to do that for the "back" of a layout. This dealer lists 500+ on their catalog (but I didn't count):

Hi BigDennis

Yes they are railway background scenes

We thought they looked great and gave that "added" feel to the pictures

Hope you like the rules

Let me know if you have any questions

cheers

Keith
