Used to be a great club in Mansfield, not sure whether it still runs as I was last there 10 years ago. Pretty sure there will be active clubs in Nottingham and don't the Newark Club run Partizan shows twice a year?

Located in the Centre of Nottingham 'In a pub!' The Ned Ludd, the club aims to bring together Wargaming, Tabletop game and Board Gamers for regular gaming happenings.

All gamers are invited and it is intended to bring together gamers of all backgrounds to enjoy a regular night of gaming.

Games seen running have been, X-Wing, Oldhammer Dark Future and Warhammer Fantasy Battle 3rd Ed, Necromunda (looking to run regular campaigns,), Space Crusade, Board games, Story telling Board games, Munchkin Chuthlu, and others.

We are looking for more games to be played and also the prospect of getting more campaigns going, with an eye to Mantic games – Deadzone, Dreadball, Bloodbowl, (Campaigns welcome) Avatars of War, Warlord games like Gates of Antares, Bolt Action etc, Card games, Blood Bowl, you game it well come and run it.

Entry is only £5.00 GBP which get you a free drink and located in a friendly environment,


Easy access, with the main Tram stop just down the road, about 1 Minute away, and regular buses stopping outside.

The next event at the Ned Ludd for 'The Club with no Name' is the 9th July from 7pm onwards, details same as above.

25th Sunday All Dayer Boat and Horses, Beeston, Nottingham. 12pm-10pm – Shwapping Meet
The Cost of the whole day 12pm-10pm is £7.50 GBP a head which includes a vouchers to value of £5.00 GBP for use against drink or food. Kids

who are not playing are FOC and people not staying all day (Less than 4 hours) and NUS are £5.00 GBP, though voucher is just to usual £3.50 GBP

Shwapping Meet…
In additions to the games will be a Shwapping MEET if you want to take part just bring some items of Board or Mini games along.

These items will be evaluated and given a 'lot value' this value is the given to you as tokens which you can use to purchase 'lots' that

other people have provided. Any unsold lots will be retained for the Next meet and any unsold tokens will be swapped for vouchers

that can be used at the next swhwapping meet (we hope to make these at least every 2 months.)

We have started to see a recent take up with Guild Ball and a current buch of very enthusiastic players and several club member that are looking to take up the game.

We are also interested in getting a Guildball campaign and also a GuildBall Intro event to both Promote locally, allow players to practice against others and get together style event.

Board, War and tabletop Gaming event

Located in the Centre of Nottingham 'In a pub!' The Vat & Fiddle link the club aims to bring together Wargaming, Tabletop game and Board Gamers for regular gaming happenings.

All gamers are invited and it is intended to bring together gamers of all backgrounds to enjoy a regular night of gaming.

We have see a previous take up with Guild Ball and it was a very enthusiastic bunch of players.

We are also interested in getting a Guildball campaign and also a GuildBall Intro event to both Promote locally, allow players to practice against others and get together style event. If any Guildball players are looking to get a game or two in then please come over and play here.
