Fantastic looking game. It looks like you've put LEDs in your walkers? Very nice. I'll second the comment on the Marvin the Martian walker--if I ever do such a project I may well have to steal that idea!

I bought the LED kits from a Railroad hobby site, link Pick 3mm LEDs. Drill a 3mm hole in the center eye, and a little glue. Originally the switch and battery packs were placed in the helmet but there were problems with them popping off, so I drilled a 1mm hole in the bottom of the helmet, and ran the wires to the base where the switch and battery are partially hidden in the flocking.
