Nice sculpt nice paint job, nice composition. The sword is stupid, why ever would a Dryad need it, but it could be removed. Has some merit. |

It could be a enchanted wooden sword. |

And why does a plant, a non-mammalian, have boobs? Other than titillation. |

You have answered you own question Doc. |

Dryads aren't plants. They are spirits which inhabit trees. Depending on who you ask they are more or less connected emotionally spiritually to their trees. They also are supposed to be temptress and therefore must be alluring to men. I assume that her greenish color which is rather disagreeable from the temptress point of view probably disappears a few minutes after emerging from the tree. |

I'm a classist Armand, or more accurately a formalist. There are rules and tomes and tropes, a coda to be followed. The sculpture has done that in many ways were for example "The Pleasuredemon" has not. The figure can be harmonized with the coda and explained. That makes it more accessable in an aesthetic sense.. |

That is actually a really nice, evocative sculpt and composition. Spot on, OSchmidt. For once this board delivers a really great figure. |
