I agree with Piers here . You can't just stick a short barrelled 75mm gun on a Ausf J and call it an Ausf N without having to do work on the gun mantlet . I am far from being a rivet counter but in 28mm basic detailing like this needs to be correct . What you can get away in say 10mm you can't hide it in 28mm. |

The problem is that the 75mm L24 was too heavy to be mounted in that up-armoured mantlet.
Headlights should be on the hull front too, but that's an easier fix;
To be fair to Rubicon, I aint seen a sprue shot so perhaps the pieces are there as it states it can be built as a J, which had turret pistol ports and a different mantlet, until upgraded, so maybe there is more stuff that we aint seen yet. Very nicely done kit though, will certainly be popular among 28mm gamers. |
