I bought my friend some Hawaiians at the Historicon Flea Market. When they are painted and we play them I think that will qualify as pretty obscure. |

Had not seen the Hawaiian wars but have played Chaco and a couple other South American conflicts from the 1800s. I wonder if these are as obscure for our South American bretheren as they seem to us northern hemisphere types. |

I've always wondered why the Maximillian War isn't bigger amongst wargamers. To me, it has so many elements in it's favor; loads of different, colourful units, personalities etc. |

The Honey War – a face off between Iowa and Missouri over their common border. Both states mobilized their militia, but in the real world it never came to blows. Our group fought it out. |
