A new miniature convention planned for Flint, Michigan February 7th, 2015 at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School. It will be February, cold, snowy with nothing better to do… so why not have a game day? We have run a couple small events at this location in the past and decided to do it on a slightly larger scale. Signing up game masters now please PM me or contact through the website: link |

Flint in February -- may you have a bright, sun-shiny day! Dry would be nice too. |

Thanks, true Michigan in the winter is not for the meek :) However we scheduled it to be in a relative empty zone for local action…. With Spartacon in January and several great conventions (Pro or Con, Hotlead, and even Cold Wars) in March, February seemed like a good alternative. The Superbowl is the weekend before and Valentines the weekend after ;) So no reason not to game! |

I'm looking to get a table or two of Bolt Action going, perhaps a small tournament, and a club table to do some participation games of newer games like DZC, Infinity, etc. going. I emailed you and will email when I have confirmation of some sort of commitment. Do you have a FB page with an event for it? It'd be easier for me to coordinate my folks as I'm right in Flint. Thanks |

Muggins, yes I got your message and sent you a reply :) One of my buddies has started an FB group page, he has not opened it up yet, but he should be open for business soon. I am not really a Facebooker, but he is. The G-mail for the site I am checking regularly. We have the guys from Riders Hobby shop on board to run some events, and I have approached Gamers Sanctuary, but no reply from them yet. |

Yep, i got the reply, just didn't want to give the impression of badgering you, heh. If we're gamemastering, what is our responsibility re: tables? We have made about a dozen tabletops and they're in my garage but we don't have many actual tables. |

We have 8'X30" tables at the facility…. I just need to know how many you would need for your games. We will have some helpers to set up tables. We have doors off the back of the gym to offload any larger table tops. |
