Any suggestions for appropriate ranges, or 'close enough with paint conversion'? |

No other than that already mentioned..you have to cut off helmets and sculpt your own bush hats but only the thirld world reg have a weapon close enough they are armmed with G3 aslt rifles but thier lmg is an MG3 and all the gunners are prone. you could go with a standing bren gunner from the UK WW2 inf #2 pack cut off his helmet and sculpt a bush hat,Some of the brushfire warriors in soft cap might do for RLI but are armmed with AK47 so you have to do head swaps…too diffulcult and expensive to do in my view there are some really sweet 20 and 28mm purpose built figures and vehicles available |

Irregular make ANZACs for Vietnam in 6mm. I imagine they could pass for RLI too. Cheers Nic |
