Couldn't open rtf file on my iPad. I don't know if that is a limitation of the iPad (I have Word, Goodreader and numerous other apps) or if the files are corrupted. I STRONGLY urge designers to make their rules available in PDF or as text files rather than RTF (or Word .doc or .docx files for that matter). Also, jpegs are hard to get into an iPad reader program. Again, PDF is a far better choice.

These files open on my computer using Wordpad.

tneard1999 is right though, a PDF would be more suitable for this sorta thing.

Well regardless of the format, they are a nice set of rules and it was damn fine of Lou to share them. thumbs up

Correct, I *have* converted Naval Action to .rtf instead of – in addition to – .txt

Range units are in inches for the floor and centimeters for the tabletop.

Each knot in the 5-minute turn is half a unit.

Enjoy. :-)

And thanks for the compliment, Texas Jack. :-)
