better is a sloop from a different company, basrf in USa sailpower I think. You get everything you need.

Ah but it's apples and oranges. The US Sailpower sloop from Sea Dog is 15MM at $30. USD The Northstar sloop is 28MM at £13.00 GBP ($20.93USD), though shipping from the UK will put it over $30 USD for US folks. :)

Too much work too little time I built a small fleet including 2 sloops, 1 schooner, 1 brig, and 2 frigates in an afternoon, again not display models but good for a game and as good as the off the shelf model posted above. and for about $15 USD in supplies. of course i added some store bought guns and figures that cost extra.
