In my latest History Book Club announcement is a book titled Civil War Generals by Robert Girardi, described as "assessments of four hundred Civil War generals by their fellow officers, subordinates, and prominent historical figures." Has anyone read this book and, if so, what did you think about it? I've read the reviews on Amazon but none of them really helped me decide whether to get this book or not. Thanks, Jim |

Jim haven't head about it but it could either be great stuff or a review of what is already available on the web. I hope some one who actually knows something answers as this does sound like it could be cool. |
