I know that Warlord has received some mixed reviews on this forum, but I have had only one, marginal complaint, personally, which was sometimes it took a long time to get my order out the door on their end due to their made to order casting policy. Sometimes it took a couple of weeks before my order shipped.

Well, they have reversed that quite handily for me this time. I made a significant order, mostly cast items, and they must be doing something different on their end, because it shipped in less than 24 hours. It looks likely I will have my order across the pond in less time than it took them to process the orders before.

So a hearty thank you to Warlord. They have obviously taken steps to streamline things, and the only complaint I could have has been swept away. Well done!

an addition to headcount, maybe? Perhaps they hired a production manager?

I've only ordered fro them a few times and it's only taken about ten days or so to get my items. Although once they did send the wrong mini, but the duplicate I got was still cool so I kept it and re-ordered the correct one in a later purchase
