I need some direction. Looking for a few "Eco-Terrorist" types. Looking for low tech guys wearing ponchos and capes with hoods…modern type weapons or a little bit futuristic also I have the other faction covered…A few cowboys with advanced weapons…Thinkin' about using Old Glory cowboys so I have both mounted and dismounted version of the same guy.

The inspiration is from the book "Outrider" about a group of men tasked with protecting a huge solar energy field in the not to far future and the terrorist attempting to steal its power and destroy the infrastructure…

Check Sgt. Major miniatures. I think they have some protestor types in their sci fi range.

It shouldn't bee too hard to put ponchos/hoods on some guys with greenstuff.

Our ferals or Kolony rebels may be good for you, especially if you mix them up a bit with the Near Future stuff.

The WGF Zombie Survivors may be appropriate, too.
