"It was cold crossing the Alps and his missus told him to take a jersey."

In fact it was Friesian.

Suppose it helps him with Moo-vement

Well, he could be a bull-y.

However, he would steak his reputation on the battlefield.

Who asked this joker01 Oct 2014 4:30 p.m. PST

His loss to the French Army would be COW-tastrophic if he fell off!

Brian Smaller01 Oct 2014 4:48 p.m. PST

In fact it was Friesian.

But that didn't work with the pun :)

wminsing01 Oct 2014 5:55 p.m. PST

But that didn't work with the pun :)

But it's a pun itself (Friesian = Freezing), making the pun a double layer one. :)

But the picture itself is completely moo-jestic. :)

Friesian must take the prize so far…I did not get it first time either. The best pun is the corniest, the one that makes you groan out loud.

He must be heading (or even steering?) for the Cattle of Waterloo. Heifer a Cheval de La Garde Imperiale…….?

No, Friesian is the best

Old Slow Trot02 Oct 2014 7:05 a.m. PST

It's deja moo. ;^)

I have been moo-ved by this thread.

I never thought this could be so good.

Friesian is till the cleverest, but Royal Marine takes the prize for the most groan-inducing (which, in a pun, means the best). That is truly awful……..

Royal Marine03 Oct 2014 2:45 p.m. PST

@deadhead: Moo-t point

Still flogging this dead cow ;-)

jarhead03 Oct 2014 5:59 p.m. PST

I'm sure we can milk this subject a bit more or I will have to read an udder thread.

Is that a French Horn?

I suppose the first thing he did after crossing the Alps was win the Battle of Moo-rengo?

M C MonkeyDew04 Oct 2014 11:34 a.m. PST

He could ride it to death and then make brigole and bricoles out of it.
