"This exercise is one milestone in working together. Our folks are proud to be a part of such an important event and are passionate about partaking in efforts to protect our borders," 176th Air Control Squadron operations officer Lt. Col. The Russians aren't really ramping up rearmament. They're restoring a small portion of capability they had in 1991. Even by current projections, Russian military capability will still be relatively defensive by 2025. |
