Has anyone purchased these figures? I like the kneeing Triarii. How do these figures compare to Victrix and Warlords figures. Thanks |

I'll let you have the address where you can send the $1 USDM… link No Warlords figures as they don't do early Republican Romans. |

Although the Warlord Romans are Caesarian and not Punic War era, it would be of interest to see how they compare in terms of size and style. I have the Victrix Romans and really like and appreciate the detail and variety. Excellent sculpts. However, most of the poses (Velites aside) are not as dynamic as the Warlord figures (i.e., throwing pilum and stabbing with sword). So, I would be interested in doing some conversion work between the two if compatible. Also, I do not like the oversized pila and undersized swords of the Victrix figures. I do not have the Agema plastics, but I have not abandoned hope that there may be some conversion possibilities with Victrix…even if they are not compatible as is. However, I'm holding out until I see photos comparing the two. If the Agema minis really are that much slighter than Victrix, I have a feeling that they will be a good match for Relic's true 28mm figures in size and proportions. I have the Relic Velites and they are just a smidge shorter and slighter than the Victrix Romans. Aventine metals are about the same height as Victrix, but a bit bulkier in style. |

@adster, I was all prepared to send you the money, but your page wouldn't load, due to a technical glitch. Better luck next time! |
