That is a very cool place the group now has. Lots of work went into fixing it up. I don't have an idea how clubs like this work, but who pays the rent? Do you have yearly dues and such? Thanks for the post. I hope you have years of fun ahead of you. Matthew

Thanks guys. We are very lucky. One of our club members works in real estate. The building has several apartments above the club and the rent pays for the building. It works out very well.

Ha! Murphy, the place came with a pole, and we joked about it being a Gentleman's Club and all, but decided to build around it. McKinsty: let me know when. I dunno if it should have been on HGTV…the process was kind of scary :)
