Good job there.

I've just finished assembling a heap of these figures, painting to be carried out next month. I am going to try the dip method for the first ever time. Looking at yours, they should come out rather nice…

I've been agonising over tunic colours though, but I think I'll go with red, only because I prefer painting it to white!

Nice looking figures, I'm busy with the Victrix Spartan's at the mo! but these are in the to do pile of plastics. They look cracking little figures

Very nice paint work on the Romans. I have 4 boxes of Victrix Romans to paint as soon as I finish Warlord Romans.

cyrus528 Sep 2014 4:11 p.m. PST

Thanks for the comments guys, the Victrix Republican Romans are a joy to paint, there is so much detail in the figures. I under coated them white, attached transfers, blocked in the colours and then finished them with a wash of AP acrylic soft tone ink.
