I've ordered several times in the past 2 years with 100% success. Previously I did have a problem on 2 orders with partial fulfillment and a lengthy delay on the back-ordered figs (In the end I accepted alternative figs and they threw in a couple freebies to take out the sting). As for whether the orders are through BTD(US) or BTD(UK) it's a bit odd. I'm in Canada and the orders seem to be processed through BTD(US) – the prices are in $US. BUT the figs are often (maybe always, I didn't look all that closely) shipped from the UK. Overall, I'd say they've gotten their act together, despite it being a bit unclear which company is which. |

I placed an order this tuesday. The order shipped tuesday and I received it thursday! It was a small order, about $30 USD, and I live in Pennsylvania-US. I have went thru the ups and downs over the years, but the order was perfect and super quick. |

BTD US has had good service recently; I placed an order on the evening of 11/29 and received it on 12/9. |

I also have had no problems with them. They had to back order some things but let me know promptly and let me know when then finally shipped. You can ordered with complete peace of mind. |

Placed another order with BTD US late on Saturday night (3/14) and received on Wednesday 3/18. Good service. |
