I´ve posted on the blog the report of the battle we played last saturday: link

It was not a good day for Bretonnia…

Hope you like it!

Too bad for Bretonnia but a cool battle report regardless. Love Warmaster and the Bretonnians are one of the forces I would enjoy adding to my collection.

Great report, Hetairoi. The game looks really good--I especially like the last photo of the Damsel (now in distress)!

This could have been called "Last Stand of the Cancelled Armies", as I don't think either will ever see a stand-alone army book ever again, but absolutely not under Warhammer 8th edition.

I'm still holding out for my Beastmen, dammit – most of the line is in plastic now, I'd be very surprised if they were completely dropped.

I don't think they'll be dropped, but GW is so enamored with the "End Times" styled book that I think we'll be seeing those type of things for some time to come, rather than army books.

Well, it does seem as though the current new wave of Nurgle based models can be used with any of the Chaos armies including Beastmen so at least there's a crumb they've thrown me lol. Hey it's more than the Brets are getting, at least for now….
