I like 10mm. Just not for anything with pikes due to the pikes looking like telephone poles.

The Pendraken League of Ausgburg pikemen do not have cast pikes. Pendraken do sell wire lengths to make pikes, but it would be easy to use thinner material.

Which pendraken line are the pikemen from? The kit, especially the morion, seems a bit late for all but perhaps the very last phase of the Italian wars. What period within the wars particularly were you thinking of?

The Pendraken are from their Elizabethan range. At least these two guys are.
